We accept PayPal as payment, the PayPal Payment option is offered near the end of the purchase steps. If selected, the PayPal site comes up, and then you can log into PayPal securely, and complete the payment. After the payment is made, you will be redirected back to The helixcontrols.com site.

Note: The shipping Module currently used on this site means that shipping costs on the panels may or may not be correct, especially when shipped together, or with other items.

We closely review each order, and We will contact you if we need to collect additional shipping. and based on the situation, you may accept, alter, or cancel the order at that time.

Conversely, If you were overcharged in any way, we will refund the difference to the payment method used for the purchase.-


Merchant  Terms and Conditions:      We accept All Major CC’s, VISA/MC/AMER/DISC, and PayPal. We  offer PayPal Credit Pay option through PayPal. We process all information in encrypted secure form, look for the “locked padlock” on all screens that are secure. Also, We don’t store, share, or sell any data or address info collected to process orders and payments. To protect every party, We have the CC acceptance settings set high to help eliminate any online corruption.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:   On packaged products, 100% refund for returned products in “unopened” condition, when returned within 30 days of purchase date. A 15% restocking fee can apply if the condition is OPENED, or retesting/repackaging is necessary. Buyer pays all return postage/shipping costs. Contact us if you have any questions.

Heat Tape Orders are considered custom orders. For this reason, we only take Heat Tape orders by phone.

If you need to cancel Heat tape or alter the order…. Before the heat tape is cut to length, we can stop/alter the order at no charge.

Once the heat tape is cut to your length’s, the order cannot be stopped.

CANCELLATION POLICY:    On orders that were made in error, call and/or email us to stop the order asap. We can normally stop and delete the order before transport/shipping costs are accrued.
